That is relative. A man with 10 inches thinks a man with 8 is small. A man with 8 thinks a man with 6 is small. What is important is when you get a special lady what does she think. No matter what size you are you want her to see for the first time and go Wow!.

Not sure man, less than 6 inches? WHy you worried? There are ways to make it larger. I myself have gained about an inch, its gotten slightly fatter, and it hangs a LOT more. There are manual exercises that work, they include stretching and engorging the penis with more blood (like an ultra erection). Mistermanpower.com has a good routine on this.
