Just look at the girls and be happy, who gives a crap about ancient egypt and all that other sh*t anyway??.....

u just gotta find a way to cope wit it....have fun i guess...

because they choose to be.
you don't have to be bored learning something, you choose to be. sad that at a time when your brain is most receptive to learning and retaining, you choose to stunt your future and not make use of what is given to you freely. you aren't alone, and that too is sad, perhaps if you weren't allowed schooling without working for it you might appreciate it more.

Because school is the key to success. You should love school because you learn stuff and you get a free lunch. You get a free lunc hif you are poor, anyways. But anyways there are children in Africa that don't get to go to school so you should appreciate what God has given you!!!!!!!!!!

Here are my suggestions on how to not be bored at school:
* Find something that interests you.
* Start trying to get into whatever the teacher is talking about, and ask questions about it.
* Draw pictures.
* Talk with friends.
* Turn into the class clown.

think about something to get you through your classes,.. and something good about leaving school.. food's a good one haha.

Boredom is a self-inflicted injury.

If you look forward to asking "Do you want fries with that?" for the rest of your life, just ignore all that boring stuff.

Those silly dorks who like hearing new ideas and who like understanding more about the world obviously aren't as cool as you are. Ignorance is cool. If you keep at it long enough, you'll find out how cool stupidity is.

Edited: I am remembering back then. I liked it - well, most of it, and I've kept taking classes through my adult life. Like I said, boredom is self-inflicted: if you don't like it, then get interested. If ten people like it and one doesn't, the problem isn't with the ten.

Many people finding learning something new as stimulating and exciting. That's fun. Others are looking beyond school as a ways to a means... And that means a good education will get you into more interesting and fun jobs. A poor education will get you into burger flipping. If you think you are bored now... imagine working at MacDonald's for the rest of your life. If THAT doesn't sound like fun to you, I suggest you give yourself a major attitude adjustment.

stop your moaning. lessons arent fun, but they are if you mess around with your mates. you dont have to learn if you dont want to, just have a laugh.

I'm getting close to leaving college, and I know I'll miss school. No, not the tests or deadlines and other pressures. But more the social aspect. Once you enter a work enviroment you see the same few people day-in, day-out. Not many places other than schools are there hundreds, if not thousands of people for you to meet and interact with.

Now, high school can be pretty boring, but once you get to college the things you learn are much more interesting and useful. Luckily my high school had some cool things like German and Astronomy so that was way better than 18th and 19th Century history... yawwwwn!

ppl who are "soooooo happy" are prolly high. if youre really bored try to be funny at the teachers expence ;)

Actually, I see school as the key to success. Yeah, a lot of what I studied there I've totally forgotten, especially the advanced math and geometry stuff. BUT, I do have a very good general knowledge of a lot of subjects, a good handle on history time lines, and I know how to spell and write in English. Those last two things alone will win kudos with any employer (sorry, but Spell Check doesn't catch everything).

And yes, I hated school, too. They really weren't teaching me all that much. The only classes I truly enjoyed were the advanced math classes. And I was active in a lot of stuff: choir, band, track, acting, basketball, to name a few. It's like life, dude. It's only what you make of it. I got suspended twice for some pranks I pulled because of the boredom; I tried Catholic High school, but was asked politely to not come back. And it wasn't that I was a 'bad boy'; it's just that I was bored. Believe it or not, a lot of what they teach you will come in handy later in life.

Oh, and shame on you for blasting the answers you are given. If you're gonna ask something on here, you'd better be ready for everything, good and/or bad. These people took the time to answer; you should be thanking them.

You need an attitude adjustment for sure. My recommendation would be a good spanking.

TEXT MESSAGING :D I hate school and I pass the time with texting my friends.. TRUST ME! when you have an extremely boring french class it doesn't get worse than that ..
