Stomach cramps before school?!

Question: Last question for today. I'm leaving for school now and my stomach is all cramped, really hurts. Gets worse until I get there, but later it goes away. It's not every morning but most. I have only a little breakfast, cause I dont feel like eating.
Does that happen to anyone else? Why does it?

I'm the same way. It's just nerves. I'm guessing you just entered high school this year or a new school in general. It will get better with time and becoming more familiar with your surroundings. I usually get stomach cramps the first three days of school or right after returning from breaks. I've been this way all through my school years. I'm in graduate school and it still happens. Just try to set aside 10 mins to relax before heading to school each morning this may help. good luck

Stress. Just try to relax. It the uncertainty of not knowing what will happen to you in day.

It's just nerves. You said it goes away later when you get to school. Your normal, it's just your nerves causing this. Fear of what the day is to bring. Do you have people picking on you by chance? Just wondering because this often happens to people who are picked on by bully's. Take care of yourself.

I used to have that happen to me when I was in high school. I asked my mom about it because she's been a nurse for 25 years and she said it's caused by stress. As you know school is stressful and excessive stress can effect the body in many different ways, including stomach cramps, losing hair, not sleeping well, etc. Unfortunately theres no way to avoid it unless you find something to relax you, like listening to music. Hope this helps!

i agree w/ lily its tress do we have a crush and try going to the bathroom or calming your slef doen really nothing to worry about

don't stress out it will all over with sooner then you think and they see something in you it may be hard to come out so think before you do
