it's average but your only 15 it could grow more and be bigger than average. But, even if it doesn't you are the average size plus it is not important how big it is if you know how to use it. Even though you are too young to be using it yet anyway.
Its normal and it would still grow. Anyway do not worry the size is never a problem for a married life because even smaller than that would satisfy the partner.
