Question: Every time I start to lift like 200 and 250 on the bench press I keep getting hard, why is that. And everyone keeps on going by and slapping and touching my hard penis and then it actually feels good through my pants, im not gay its just that the way they do it it feels good and then I start straining even more and get more hard

Why is that and how can I stop this from happening?

do you have a fetish for weights or sumthing? why would yo u get a hard on from benching? w/e... if your really getting boners, then dont wear shorts cuz a hard johnson will look like a skyscraper in shorts. maybe jeans would be better even tho it might be a lil awkward to wear jeans when you workout, but it will make your schlong less visible.

Yeah, I'd masturbate just before you go in (about 5-10 minutes), and then try not to focus on the other guys lifting.

its sounds like its just something that happens. i really think thats kinda rude an embarrassing, other people touching someonre else like that, but boys will be boys..especially if its a weight class, jocks usually are the ones to take that class... or, is this a co-ed weight class? you might be getting aroused because you have some kind of sexual fetish for lifting weights, or being in a weight room with other people. the other people might be a factor for your stimulation as well, and you might not even know it.

my adivce...you could do one of two things...masturbate before you go into your class to releave tension..but that would get old and bothersome after the first week...or wear a jockstrap and tight fitting briefs, that way everything is snug and secure and if you happened to become aroused, it wont be as noticable...

i know what you mean dude cuz i get hard when lifting too...its the boost in testosterone! duh. LOL anyway, if your gym is equipped with private showers (the one I go to is), then you can easily go there and shower and relieve yourself, its actually one of the best orgasms you'll have...no private showers, then maybe a steam room to j/o....i see some guys in there that do that...no biggie - we all have to deal with the same thing.
