How come some men can't get women pregnant?!

Well, there could be a few reasons. The first would be the man has a low sperm count. Some men may have "dry orgasms." The causes for these could be suyrgery of the prostate gland, bladder, or a condition called Retrograde. Another reason could be a narrow urethra, where as very little semen can escape. The man may not "shoot" sperm and it may not get to the egg. The most comon reason would be a low sperm count.

LOL....YUP IF I WAS ACTIVE IN HS I CAN ALMOST GUARENTEE THAT I WOULD OF BEEN PREGO. WHEN I WAS MARRIED AND WAS TRYING, NO CAN DO! BUT FOR ME I SUPPOSE SINCE I HAVE SINCE DIVORCED, THINGS HAPPEN FOR A REASON :0)

some men are sterile or have a low sperm count. no one is sure what causes them to be. some think it's to do with wearing tight pants, but this is proven to be wrong. andrew stockdale from wolfmother wears pretty tight pants and he's a daddy. smoking weed also causes a low sperm count.
I am pretty sure this doesn't happen often. However, if it's not as a result of the girl but guy, maybe it's because of a low sperm count. STD's and/or certain conditions, illness and disease will also prevent this. There's so many reason's to just break it down to done. If your really curious then look it up on-line and get a more broader and scientific answer.
