There is something about looking at the female genital area that is exciting and beautiful to look at. The female (when taken care of) genital areas are like a work of art that one can look at for hours in admeration. The male on the other hand tends to be just kind of out there and realy isn't all that sexy to look at. I mean think about it its lying there hanging wrinkled, unless stimulated then part of it is still just hanging around. Women's when neatly trimed and taken care of is like a work of art or a flower just before its open.

I don't think that body parts in general can be considered pretty or ugly becaues everything is relative. Like anything else, I think that "private parts" whether female or male can be either "pretty" or "ugly". It varies with the individual and some are better looking than others.
As far as whether or not it turns me on, I'd have to say not really. I am more turned on by breasts, butt, legs, lips, eyes and everything else that you see first. Usually, the private parts are the last thing that you see and by then you are already presumably turned on!
