Question: I been wondering this for a while because im 15 years old about 6'3 and have a 7 inch penis. I look young so i don't believe it is because im a fast developer. So is it true?

It's likely that the would have on average slightly larger penises in that case. Similarly, middle eastern/Arabs tend to have large penises as well as black men. Men of Africa have the largest average size penises while men from the Asian contenant have the smallest. Other Cuacasians of European descent are in the middle.

No. You are average or a little bigger (due to statistics). Makes no difference what heritage you have. Plus, more important what you do with it rather than how much you have.
