He is most likely nervous. Also, if he sees you aren't enjoying it, he might feel weird and uncomfortable. He needs to see that you are having fun and are comfortable with it.
He is probably just either nervous or maybe suffers from delayed ejaculation
maybe its your positions. or maybe he just requires more foreplay. everyone is completely different.
perhaps you should try manual stimulate in addition to penetration. but perhaps you shouldnt engage in intercourse with the goal of ejaculation--perhaps he feels the pressure! alot of women give up on orgasms and fake, because "its taking to long".
