Question: When I Urinate, and I'm done, Some more comes out,
then I use toilet paper to soak up the remaining drops,
so I wont soil my boxers, then I stand there for minutes and more keeps coming out, It's sort of like urinary constipation I have to force it out cause If I don't it will leak into my boxers.

Talk to your doctor. you seem awfully young to have a prostate problem, however I suppose it is possible, or you may have a urinary infection.
you're masterbating too much..i'm not trying to be funny,that might be it.
STD, or maybe you didn't urinate to clear the track of your penis after you last ejaculated.
Try kegel exercises. It may help to strengthen your muscle in that area.
stop forcing the urine out and just shake it of the tip...and it will stop on its own...
...quit messin' with it for about a month...if it continues...see a doctor. there might be something going on in your urethra
