There are many explanations for that, most people tend to drink more watter when anxious and therefor will tend to go to pee more often, i hope this is the case. Also, as already said, he might be having prostate problems, not necessarily cancer, but a prostatitis, which is an inflammation of the prostate and needs to be evaluated because can produce very serious problems in the future.
Another reason could be that he is getting cold at night.
So, if not cold during sleep or it is not due drinking a lot of watter, then, check it out with the doctor ASAP. Do not just say it is due another reason, have to be sure if decide not to go to the doctor, but in any case that would be the wisest thing to do, i guess you would not like to have a new baby at home and your husband with a serious complication in his health

It could just be nerves from becoming a father since you are 8 months pregnant. Guys tend to urinate more when they are nervous or excited.

He most likely has a prostate problem. There is a link between prostate cancer and high testisterone levels. Does it seem like he has high T rates? Regardless, SEE A DOCTOR!

haha maybe he is just a water drinker?

Tell him no more drinking before bed. And if this continues he should see a doctor.

Sometimes a sign of diabetes although im sure its nothing to worry about..you should advise him to visit his G.P and maybe go with him for some nice moral support:)

good luck

He could have a UTI.

He's 9 months pregnant.
