I'm 19 and had a similar problem. For my erection problem, it was due to excessive masturbation in the past ( like 1 or 2 times per day for a few years), which gradually caused nerve-damage; thus, it was more difficult to maintain an erection, plus my orgasms were less intense.

This may or may not have been the cause of your problem, but if it was, I'd suggest that you either stop masturbating (in order to give your unit time to heal), or restrict your masturbation to once or twice a week (which would still give your unit time to heal). You can also take a few Vitamin E supplements per day to help speed up the healing process.

There's also something called the "kegel exercise." Have you heard of it? It's used for many things, but one of its benefits is for maintaining an erection for longer periods of time. It's worked well for me with my erection problems. You can read more about it, here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kegel_exerc...

There are plenty of Kegel exerxise guides on the web, if you don't know how to do it.

I wish you good luck in finding a solution to your erection problem!

it could be a variation in your hormones since they are all going crazy at this point in your life, stress and many other things can also have an impact on sexual function. Don't let it get you down!

This should not be a concern, ESPECIALLY if you're not married. Your body is perfoming NORMALLY, according to your situation in life.

Don't listen to the liberals on here or elsewhere. They're all mad and will only offer stupidity for advice.

Stop masturbating every day

At 19 it's probably emotional. Take a break and stop smoking weed.

Is it with or without a woman

Erectile disfunction is the correct term for this problem, speak to your doctor

If it is with a partner it could be emotional. If it is on your own it is likely to be physical. See a doctor.

Most women recommend those with safe and herbal contents such as VigRX Plus?, which is a supplement that improves the sexual performance of men. According to Dr. Michael Carter, male enhancement products like VigRX Plus? often contain natural ingredients such as herbs from China, South America, and Europe. These herbs usually include the Hawthorn Berry, a strong antioxidant that smoothes blood circulation, the Catuaba Bark Extract, which helps relieve stress and stimulates the nervous system, and the Asian Red Ginseng, which helps cure erectile dysfunction. http://www.vigrxplus.fr.nf

i;m 19,iv had that, thin i'v got that just now actully, evry time me and my pal (girl) were play fighting i ususaly had an erection haha. but now it's like i'm not, even in bed at night it's hard,i need to stop doing it for a couple of days, you should do the same mate. our hormones are all over the place,so dont make anything of it . it's normal.

maybe you masturbated too much.

your in need of a good woman

You'll get out of it. In the meantime put it in a splint.

That isn't a fun situation. I have been there and tried everything from changing the way I eat to working out more. It wasn't til I found an all natural male enhancement just like viagra but natural without the side effects. It's called vigrx plus and I saved money on it at http://www.hughs-reviews.com/vigrxplus.h...

I was shocked this started working a couple days after taking. My sex was the best I have ever had and my sex drive is through the roof
