What are those "V" things called on guys?!


Question: You know .... when they are toned/ muscular. It that "V" lines near there belly button and hipbones. I can't even show you a link picture because I don't know what its called.

And does anyone else a agree that back dimples on girls are equivalent to the "V" on guys in terms of sexiness?

The anatomical term is iliac furrow, but in the vernacular they are commonly know as "adonis lines", "apollo's belt" or "adonis belt"

the "V" shape if i am thinking the same thing would be where a guy builds up his back muscles and so it gets into a V shape

Im not aware of it having a 'name'. It is just the combination of having low bodyfat and a toned midsection. The V shape is created naturally by the anatomy.

i know what you talking bout cause i have it.surfers have it alot.near the belly button and the hip region and in front not the back.look up the muscles areas and it will tell you the name

i just know them as v's to, seems everyone does lol

i think they are called external abdominal obliques
