Question: When I ejaculate 3 to 4 times a day there is lot of pain in left testicle ,pain will subsidy in 2 days or so. I got done the ultrasound test of scortum and results were normall. No variococele and hydrocele was detected and testes were normal.But my doctor said said it might be mild varicocele. I am planning for a baby. What are my chances of fathering a child . What is the cause of the testicular pain?

well three to four times a day... you are depleting your sperm... so its trying hard to pump it out. you should try to limit to once a day at least for a while. if not once every three days to replenish.
I think you need to go back to that doctor and have him figure out what's wrong.
Here are a couple of suggestions:
#1 Switch hands.
#2 More blowjobs.
#3 Only doggy style, no more cowgirl.
