yes u are of great size, u dont have anything to worry about there. if the foreskin does not pull back at all then u just simple need to try and pull it back a little bit every day until it can go back, my foreskin used to do what yours is doing and no i can pull it back all the way to the point of where it looks like it is cut, so all u have to do it stretch it out. if u have any more questions u can go ahead and ask me i know alot about this kind of stuff.

It wont pull back itself. If you can retract, ie. pull back it normal. When it penetrates it will move back . What is your age. ?Be more specific with details when you ask health questions.

First off your 12, and in the last 20 years, over 1000 studies on penis size have yet to be able to find a boy under 15 with more than 5 inches. so yes your 3 inch penis is a perfecly normal size for your age. Second, the foreskin is attached to the glans (penis head) naturally, makeing retracting the foreskin impossible. Once you hit puberty, thes natural adheasion will release. See a doctor if it hasnt by the time you are 16.
