Penis - A few more questions.?!

Question: Penis - a few questions?
I am 13 years old. I have a 6 inch penis. My parents decided to leave me uncircumsized, but I don't know why? It's healthier to do it and better because all of my friends have it. It makes me feel very insecure. Can anyone tell me why they would leave it, and why people think it's so gross? Yeah I have to admit it's kinda gross but I'm so scared of people seeing :\

This was my original question, But I have a few more questions.

I can't pull my foreskin back all the way. There's like small peice of skin thing attached to my foreskin on the bottom of the top of my head. It looks like it will rip if I pull it back any further. Also my head is very very sensitive. Touching it is almost worse than touching bad open wound. People are saying to wash it, but I don't know how, because it is so sensitive, and I also don't know what they mean. Wash it with what? If you have anything more to tell me that I should do, please tell me and describe it. Thanks so much!!!

& take a nice hot bath
& while youre in their pull the foreskin back
nice & slowly
& let the water run through it
that's what i did the 1st time i washed my penis & it hurt like **** but eh
you'll get used to it

get the knife in the kitchen.......

1. Yes an uncircumcised penis is less hygienic IF you don't wash it properly.

2. I watch a lot of porn, and I noticed that there are more uncircumcised guys out there these days.

3. Don't pull your foreskin back that far, that's probably why your head hurts so much.

4. wash yourself man. Use unscented antibacterial soap until it stops hurting. If it doesn't stop, see a doctor.

my ex boyfriend has this problem, not been able to pull his foreskin back all the way. he went to the health centre about it and they done an oral wash on it because it broke because he pulled it too far back once upon his own examiniation (BAD IDEA - do not try!) . And remember you're still in your puberty years and still going through your growing up stages so there are alot of reasons as to why it may hurt you.

And it isn't gross hun, its perfectly healthy and is obviously a tradition.

Also, maybe your parents just feel you're not initially ready to go through the pain of a circumcission just yet because it is your man hood! but my friend was telling me a while ago that she herd that they are holding circumsission at an older maturer age!

You are insecure because you fell different... there is only one way to get over that, and that is to accept your differance and move on. Wash under your foreskin by (I no it hurts... SORRY, I really am) pulling back the foreskin and using either hand or body soap on the tip or "glans" of your penis. Also, the only way for your foreskin to retract is to keep trying to pull it back every time you get an erection. And you may want to talk to your parents about getting you circumsized if they fell if you need it, and based on what you said, you may.

Hope this helped,

Im 14 and have the same exact problem im uncircumsized and im pretty sure all my friends are circumsized and my foreskin wont pullback so i just tried to ignore it.

But maybe u should try talking to ur father or older brother or ur close friend for help, i dont think anyone would make fun of it. Just try pushing it back everyday.

Don't feel insecure about your status. Most boys are uncircumcised in the world. Google circumcision video and then think about why your parents left you as you are. You should be happy about it, and I think you will eventually after you learn the benefits. Here's some info.

Circumcision has become less common. Circumcision rates were as high as 90% back in the 1960s and 1970s (that's partly why today's adults are so... brainwashed, I supposed you could say, about thinking that circumcision is better) but they have fallen to as low as 14% in some states. Here are the statistics:
http://www.cirp.org/library/statistics/U...

The USA is the last developed nation doing it to a large number of newborns without religious or medical needs. (Europeans, Latin Americans, Japanese, and most Australians, Canadians, and Asians don't circumcise):

Why?

There's pain involved, often why doctors don't want you in the room when it's done:

http://www.pslgroup.com/dg/1f21e.htm
(you can search online for a circumcision video, too)

In a medical study, it was found that females are more likely to hit orgasm with an uncircumcised man:
http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/...

The lubricated foreskin (on the inside... like your eyelids) slides up and down during sex and masturbation to stimulate the head (which is why you don't hear of uncircumcised guys needing lube to masturbate).

Studies have found that circumcision reduces sensitivity (this article also mentions how it has lost popularity in the USA in recent times):
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,2855...

And despite being more sensitive, uncircumcised guys still last in the same six minute range (average) that circumcised guys do:

Circumcision makes masturbation more difficult:
http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs...

Which makes sense, that's how circumcision was promoted in the USA:
http://english.pravda.ru/science/health/...

Increases erectile dysfunction rates:

If too much skin is removed in circumcision, it can make the penis smaller since the penis needs some skin to expand during an erection:

http://www.altermd.com/Penis%20and%20Scr...

Circumcision does not completely stop penile cancer. The American Cancer Society has already confirmed the myth that circumcision = no cancer.
http://www.cancer.org/docroot/CRI/conten...

If circumcision did stop penile cancer, then penile cancer would not be more common in the USA (most circumcised adults) than in some European nations, where circumcision is not practiced other than for medical/religious reasons.
http://www.circumstitions.com/Cancer.htm...

And a new study found that circumcision does not reduce your chances to get HIV/AIDS. Unlike other studies, this one was done in a developed nation; the USA.

As for your tight foreskin, read the following.

This is common among young teens and guys who have not tried pulling their foreskin back much, that's because the foreskin is attached to the head when you're young to prevent the head from getting dirty. Usually it separates before puberty, but in your case you have to give it a little help. Now that you probably masturbate and pull it back to wash under it (only takes about less than 10 seconds) it'll start sliding back more and more. If you have a tight foreskin, you can actually stretch it like I did when you shower. It only took a few weeks and it hasn't given me a single problem ever since. =)

Work on getting it less tight. Here's what you do. When you shower and and you're soaping up your body, pull the foreskin back the most you can without forcing it, and then wash the head with the other hand. If you do this each time you shower for a few weeks, you'll see results. It'll slide back a little more every few days.

Now, as for the sensitivity, as studies have proven, the foreskin keeps the head sensitive. That's not a bad thing, since that creates pleasure. However, you don't want it too sensitive. Yours is just too sensitive because it hasn't been used much before. So you just have to rub it gently at first for some weeks (start off with just water and then every few days try to rub a little more) and you'll see the difference. Then you'll be able to rub the head however you want. =) So in a way, those two things are tied.

So yeah, work on it and in a few weeks you'll like it. =) And of course, feel free to e-mail me from my profile if you have any questions!

You do NOT need circumcision. And you have every right to remain uncircumcised, as after all, circumcision does carry risks and most 'benefits' are unfounded or contradicted. Common risks of circumcision are more difficulty with masturbation (it was made popular in the USA to stop masturbation, after all), and lower sensitivity. There's a reason why the USA is the last developed nation doing it to newborns, and our rates are falling; it's as low as 14% in some states by now. Research it more in the link below:

In the end, if the stretching fails after a few weeks, you can ask a doctor for a cream. It's 0.05% betamethasone, which is successful in over 90% of cases. You can even take the study to him. It's a really inexpensive cream; Wal-Mart sells it for $4 with prescription and online you can buy it for about $10 at drugstore.com, for example.

But focus on stretching it first. That should give you results after some time.
