My Adams Apple and Vocal Chords Are Killin me?!

Question: I am 13

And this may sound weird but I love A7X and last night i sang Unholy Confessions and now my Adams apple and vocal chords r hurtin. I don't know if its sang too hard or its just im goin through puberty or both.

You've probably just strained your throat from over-singing, or singing too loudly. Give yourself a couple of days and it should settle down.

you where singing too hard cause i'm pretty sure it isnt suppose to hurt when your voice cracks
