Prob'ly because we have so much in common. I used to go girl-watching with a lesbian friend. It was fun to see when our tastes matched and when they didn't.
There are probably two parts to the interest. First, as a woman, you're interesting to any heterosexual male. Second, as a lover of women, you share a major interest with us. That much is just happy coincidence, but some guys let their imaginations take over - that's tasteless.

I find that hard to believe i know i don't find all lesbian hot one example in which i feel the exact opposite, Rosie O'Donnell.
