Generally no, as long as the "package" isn't super extremely large or small. It's how you use it that matters.

A females vagina is normally 4-7 inches deep depending on if she is horny or not. Also the thickness of the penis is something to consider, not just the length.

1. Super PC people say "of course it doesn't".
2. More down to earth people with a LOT of experience will say "It CAN actually matter - some women need that bigness pounding away in them but a lot don't".
