I need more sleep help?!


Question: ok I have not being geting too much sleep as in 6 or 7 hour or even less. i have to wake up at 6 am mon.-fri.. now are there any home remedies that will get me to sleep faster.

uhm do something like active after work/school so then ur tired after and then youll go to bed quicker.

warm milk before bed.

Drink something hot before bed. It will relax you.

Go to sleep earlier. most people might go to sleep at 9pm, 10pm, or even 11pm. then you give yourself a bed time. like maybe 8pm, or 8:30pm the latest.

i have the same problem, i use to go to a therapist, u know what she told me, she gave me a disk and told me to listen to it, i did, u know what i found out from her, i found out that her voice is very soothing, it helped me but that wont help u so guess what, theres more (YAYYY) it told me to squeeze, like squish ur face up using ur muscles in ur face, like when somthings sour, and make tight fists, and also do the same with ur toes. i hope i helped a bit...
