Question: how come sometimes my scrotum is saggy and sometimes not? is there anything wrong im 14 and believe me i started puberty when i was 12.

it's perfectly normal for this to happen. Every guy experiences it every day. Its just like your body's climate control. When it gets cold, it shrinks up to stay warm. When it's in a warm area, it loosens up to cool off. It doesn't really even have anything to do with puberty. Everything is as it should be.

nothing to worry about. the nuts do their own thing. heat can make them saggy or cold can make them shrivel.

The temperature is controlled by moving the testicles closer to the abdomen when it is cold, and away when hot. This is done by the contracting and relaxing of the scrotum. That is why sometimes it is saggy and other times not.
