A lump inside my scrotum?!
Question: Some days I can feel a small lump inside my scrotum, but not on my testicles. Its so small, I can touch it from outside. When I squeeze it, its not that painful.
But, I also found out that this is not happenning every day. Especially, if I masterbate every day, I can't feel anything inside.
Please help me. Im so afraid to tell anyone, even for a Doc. Do I have a cancer?
I've never had sex in my life yet. Im 26.

hiya dont panic my husband only went for tests last wk for the same thing and he is 26 they have told him that it is just part of his annatomy and no body could of bn more embarrassed than him the dr will of seen hundreds honest and the worst thing you can do hun is look on internet that will make your fear and put all sorts in your head so go get it sorted eh and get on with your life
It is probably just a small cyst of fat cells that are harmless, keep up what you are doing and it will work itself out.
maybe it is what they call a sack of worms is like a build up and a tear of fluids should be looked after but not a bad thing.... they cut you and drain it you wont feel a thing
Just do your testicular exams, like you should be doing, and pay attention to the size of it.
