Pimple on my ball sack! At least I hope! Please help?!
Question: I have what i think is a pimple on my ball sack. When I touch it, it feels just like a pimple and kind of hurts like one does. I am pretty sure that it is not an std considering I have been with the same women for three years now and niether of us have had sex with anyone else. I am kind of conserned that it might be cancer but I highly doubt it since it is not on my balls it is on my sack.
I am planning to see a doctor here in a few days but I would really like to be less worried so anyone that has any idea if it is anything other than just a pimple let me know.

It sounds like an ingrown hair sometimes it can look like a pimple, if it was cancer you would have to take a very warm shower or bath and feel your testicles (meaning not just feel them) You would need to stretch the skin/scrotum where your testicle looks like a shinny ball and look and feel for lumps on your testicle(s) if you see/feel a lump you should see a doctor immediately.
If you only have this on your scrotum then i would say it's an ingrown hair. if you still feel uneasy i would suggest that you see a doctor so that you would feel at ease.

I have had this problem before but my testicle did not hurt only the part that looked like a pimple.

I would try to pop it and see what happens first...be sure to keep it clean in the mean time also..is it big? not your sac, but the pimple? lol

Yes , you better see a Doctor, it could be herpies..
wouldnt try and pop it just incase! if its a new mole it may be dangerous to mess with it that much.
if it hurts when u touch it it may be just a boil. (pimple) Dont worry too much just get to the doc as soon as poss.

I had a similar experience a few years ago, but I was a virgin and it hurted a little but I didn't sweat it. I recommend a good shower and go see your doctor.
