I'm worried because almost everyone in my family is short. I'm already taller than my mom, as tall as my grandma (grandpa is taller)
and my dad is taller.
Is there any chance I will hit 5'6?
And I weigh 102.5 lbs.

I think there's a good chance that you grow at least to 5' 7", but I think you're under weighed you need to eat better if you want to grow tall.
i was 5'4" in eighth grade! but i grew and ur only 13 so you'll grow too..just be active
Yepp! You are just hitting puberty to so you are going to grow a lot taller.
The 13 yrs 4 months old boy in my family is about 3 inches shorter.
You can still grow for 5-6 more years.
