Well it depends, for many reason. First your P.enis may be poking her uterous causing her pain, second, you may not be using enough KY or Astroglide (astro is best used for sex) and is slightly riping the inside of her lips, this may be caused because her uterous is not producing enough natural lubrication. third of all she may have indeomitrosis, its a scar tissue that slowly builds up within a womans uterous and overies. you may want too go to gonocology and check it out. hope i helped.

I hate to say this but she needs to be checked. There are a lot of reasons a woman will bleed after sex. Cervical cancer is just one of them.
