It is not a problem at all. Foreskin is like any other skin on the body it stretches, eventually you will be able to pull it back, just keep trying. When it's soft pull it back then let it get hard and it will eventually stretch with your erection. Over time you will be able to pull it back when its hard. You will need to be able to do this when you eventually start having sex and will need a condom on.

Not really a problem at the moment if you can masturbate fine, some guys have tighter foreskin than others. Might be a problem during sex later on (also might not) but you can always get either a circumcision or just some skin cut to help it retract easier.

Yea when you have a ***** it's harder to pull down the skin for me also dont worry.

You are going to need it snipped just a little bit. Make an appointment with an urologist asap. The longer you wait the possible more pain will be involved.

it is normal. when you have an erection it takes more skin because the penis gets longer. no worries. if you need someone helpful to talk to, email me. my info is under my profile. good luck.

Probably just stretching it back when you're hard, in the shower every day will help loosen it. A tight foreskin is common in teens and usually gets bettter.

Nope, sounds completely normal to me. As long as you can pull it back when its soft to wash under it, it doesn't normally cause you pain and you experience pleasure when masturbating or having sex, you are fine. In other words, you have a normal penis!
