The injection will sting a little. Most say it feels about the same as the needle.

The doctor will talk to you the whole time. He or she might not even wear a mask. It really is nothing. You will feel some tugging, but no pain. Some will set up a mirror, or even let you video tape it.

You will be done after about 15 min. They will tell you not to, but I just drove myself home. I stopped to rent video, and pick up my prescriptions. I never bothered with the pain killer. I just took aspirin. There was no pain to speak of.

That was on a Friday. I was back to work on Monday. I was 100% by the next week end.

No matter what you do, make sure you follow ALL directions. If you do so, your vasectomy will be a "piece of cake" and you will thank yourself for the rest of your life.

If you lift anything, or pick at your bandages, let a child, or dog jump in your lap, or whatever you will get an infection. You will hurt, and swell up. You will be regretting it for weeks.

After it is all said and done, you will be thankful that you got it. I still relish in the novelty and it has been 20 years since I had mine!

The injection will feel like a short sting. No big deal. It depends on the doctor as to how many you'll get. It is a VERY simple procedure. Be brave. It's over before you know it.

The worst part is having lots of people looking a your weiner. There will also be a burning smell when they cauterize the vas deferens. Just pretend that you're working on a car.

I went under the knife in that area. I may be female, but it was awful. Mine took a lot longer than my husbands vasectomy did. I could "feel" everything, but it wasn't painful, just odd. I was on the table, awake, bored, for a good hour. That sucked. Yours will be a breeze.

The numbing injection stings a little bit, but afterwards you won't feel anything. You pretty much just sit back and let the doctor go to work. When you get home you'll be spending the rest of the day sitting in a chair with your feet up and a bag of frozen peas on your crotch. For the next few days you'll want to take it easy. Believe me, in the long run it's worth getting done.

Don't let them go through with it if the instruments are rusty. Hell don't do it. Too risky.

cancel your appointment let your wife or who ever get her tubes tied instead you will both be happy.
