What to do with sexual urges?!
Question: I am a 19-year-old guy. Recently, I've been having sexual urges. In order to release them, I've been looking at pornography over the internet.
While I understand that, for a single 19-year-old, it's normal to look at porn and masturbate, I find myself getting frequent flashbacks. That is, the noises I heard in scene, such as the sexual moaning, comes back in mind when I don't want it to. (I watch heterosexual porn, 1 man and 1 woman, and so the guy's moaning really disturbs me when I get an unwanted flashback, not so much the girl's sexual moaning.)
Are there any other ways I dispose of my sexual urges? Got any advise?

Just stay away from danger zones. If you watch porn on tv, try not to watch so much tv. You will be ok bruh.

Don't listen to the first poster. It's completely normal. Sex is for married couples and pledging their love to each other. Just find something else to do. Such as exercising, playing video games. Just don't go on the computer or near magazines
