If I lift weights everyday will my muscles grow.......?!

Question: I heard when you lift weights you have to rest for one day so your muscles can repair itself with more muscle. Will I still be able to gain muscle if I lift weights everyday? I'm 14 and I usually do 10 sets of 10 bicep curls with 15 pound dumbbells.

That is absolutly true!

But try some other excersises and weights.

Just doing bicep curls will just make your bicep bigger and that is it. Maybe your forearm.

If you don't work out the rest of your body, you will look freaky. Not in a good way.

If you want to look bigger without flexing, workout your triceps.

But yes, 14, you can get a little more muscle.

if u lift weight every day ur muscles will remain of the same size or will srt decreasing....coz of too much stress....a muscle wrked on needs atleast 2 days of rest.....if u r looking for size den let me tell you....triceps is a bigger muscle den biceps...so if u keep on wrking only on biceps....it wont help buddy

Everything has to be limit, like when you lift weight you have to rest, for the muscle repair and store energy

If you really want to gain muscle mass steroids are probably your best bet, they're safe, environmentally friendly, and most major athletes are taking them. For example, Barry Bonds.
