You'll have to get dentures eventually if you want to chew food. As far as getting laid, I wonder why!

What!?!?! You haven't brushed your teeth in 15 years? Sound to me like severe periodontal disease, my friend. Get to a dentist ASAP- they'll have to pull all of your teeth and give you a set of dentures- but that's better than having a nasty infection that eats through your jaws or spreads to your brain.
Plus, I really don't think any girl would want to have sex with a guy who has bad teeth- imagine the stench!! I only hope you would take the time to keep your dentures clean!
