What muscle growth supplement do you personally recommend?!

Question: I'm guessing there will be a variety of answers, but what are your opinins on the following?

-Protein Shakes? (Any recomendations, what to look for?)
-Creatine? (Good?/Bad? what does it do?)
-L-Glutomine? (Good/Bad?)
-E1T tablets? not sure if that's what there called, but apparently its a testosterone tablet i overheard someone talking about so it may not be E1T, that just what it sounded like

I go to the gym 3 times a week and fancy taking supplements
NOT steroids... =p

10 points for best answer obviously!

im actually taking multiple supplements at a time. (i cycle them weekly so my body wont grow dependent on them)

one of them is muscletech nitro-tech. its great. it works for me, plenty of protein
another is 100% whey protein by optimum nutrition. i hear the best protein commercially available. alot of protein as well and pretty well-priced. taste good too
im taking serious mass by optimum nutrition as well. this is just for extra calorie intake and more protein.

i was gonna get pro complex my optimum nutrition but i hear it gives you a queezy stomach (which i dont doubt b/c most protein powders do that in the beginning) but also acne problems. but its loaded with nutrients. 8 sources of protein i believe.

naNO vapor by muscletech is something my friend takes. its the closest thing to steriod results without steriods. this should be taken if you want serious serious muscle mass. it supposedly really gets you focused on your work out and pumps your energy like crazy. however somethings its too strong for people and can make you shake.

creatine is just another protein that stimulates muscle growth. its not bad, but like anything, too much of it isnt healthy. its just enhanced in protein powders or shakes

glutomine is an amino acid that helps you get the most out of protein and protein supplements. it also distributes it out throughout the body and helps recover your muscles quickly. it really worked for me and i didnt get sore as much. it is also usually enhanced in protein powders or shakes.

i dont personally mess with testosterone tablets. i wouldnt recommend it either

if what your looking for is muscle mass, dont concentrate too much on the supplements. just maximize your work out and youll do fine without extra help from protein powders.

but since it is extra help haha. i recommend nitro-tech and 100% whey protein. they are the best

Roids!!!!!!! Viagra!! That will make 1 muscle grow!!! LMAO

maximuscle products (theyre the best) and lots of sweat!

if you take roids or creatine youre an idiot - theyre banned for a reason

I would just gain muscle naturally. I drank protein shakes and am in shape, so you could try that too.

None. The gym's the best muscle growth supplement

Yeah i'd recommend maximuscle protein shakes, i'm having good results with cyclone (strawberry best flavour i've tried so far) and promax extreme again strawberry flavour.
Cyclone because its all in one including creatine, hmb, nitrogain etc, and promax extreme because its hard to eat enough protein in your diet and promax extreme helps alot.

I don't think that these are the cheapest on the market but i do think that they are very good and so i'll continue to use them, they have a good and useful website check it out.

The way i see it is most people train to gain muscle and with out feeding your body enough protein etc, that just ain't going to happen.

Hope this helps

a natural path, pleanty of chicken, fluid and rest.....thats the only way to do it in my view.

i'd take none.... Just work at your training, this will be better for your body . it may take longer but you'll have correct muscle growth that won't turn to fat if or when you stop training
