Question: I'm 16 and have lump on both my nipples. Its painless and its been there for more than 1 year. What should I do is it puberty symptom or is it serious.

I had a lump on one of my nipples when I was young. It felt like a half moon shape. The Dr checked it out and said it was normal during puberty. But if you're concerned, have it checked out. Better safe than sorry.
It probably is a puberty symptom- some guys develop some swellings or lumps on the breasts at puberty which eventually diminishes. If you're really concerned, you should speak to your doctor.
