Part of the frenulum is always removed during a circumcision because it has to be cut to separate the foreskin from the shaft. But sometimes they can leave most of the frenulum still there, it really depends on the guy. I've seen a lot of circumcised penises and most of them don't have the frenulum but quite a few still do. Usually when they circumcise a boy at birth they take everything off because there is a universal way of performing the procedure. But for guys that get circumcised later in childhood or as an adult there is more flexibility in how they do it and many times they take off less skin and will leave most of the frenulum on there.

Yes

keep

They can but they don't have to. I'm Jewish so my foreskin, including the frenulum, was cut off. I actually just noticed the scar where it used to be this morning.

it gets cut off.

It stays there.

I'm circumcised and still have mine... it depends.

It depends- usually with an infant circumcision, they try to keep it, but sometimes they can't. At a later age, they usually ask you if you want to keep it.

It Depends On Who's Doing It
Different People Do It Different Ways

It's usually removed but some guys still have it there.

Some circumcisions leave the frenulum in place, but in most cases it is completely removed. It feels better to have it completely excised and gives more conrtol over the timing to orgasm.
