How do I curtail my auto-erotic activities and neutralize my constant stream of !

Question: Have you heard the expression, "Free your mind and the rest will follow?" Your stress and mental anguish are NOT caused by the activities themselves, but by your thoughts about the activities, and by your wholesale addiction to and swallowing of Judeo-Christian "morality". Who says making love to yourself is impure? Who says masturbation, which tiny infants still in the womb engage in, is wrong? What, exactly, is it about having a sexual thought that makes it "wrong"? What if I told you there was no more holy, or healthy (which words are etymological first cousins, by the way...), or more self-loving, or beautiful or less warlike thing in this world you could be doing than making love, either to yourself or someone else, all day (and all night) long? Lose the guilt and cultivate some actual loving kindness for yourself, and your humanity and your human needs and expression. Curtail nothing. You are young and alive and sexually on fire. There is NOTHING, I repeat, NOTHING wrong with this. In my religion, which is Wicca, self-love and the love of all creation, is a human being's highest calling. Sexuality is a sacred calling, and a sacred right, with which there should come ZERO guilt. There is nothing to be guilty about, so get over it. Time for a new religion for yourself, if you ask me, and you did, just by posting this self-loathing, self-hating, self-destructive slop. Hate to tell you this, but I have an instinct that Yeshua was an amazing lover for Miriam of Magdala, and she for him. Read The Song of Songs in the Bible. That would be the truest expression of my religion, or one of them.

get castrated...lol

Just lock yourself in a room all by yourself and have someone tie up your hands so you cannot use them in the wrong way.

All kidding aside, it is normal to have sexual thoughts and engage in auto-erotic activities. Everyone has done it for centuries.

castration is your only choice

it is so peaceful after

castrated 15 years now

Have your testicles removed.

Don't worry about it man, listen to what calyx156 said.
