testicle like feet and womens breasts are not always asymmetrical...sometimes ones are smaller/bigger than the other, nothing to be worried about

That can be a sign of testicular cancer, YOU SHOULD HAVE THAT CHECKED BY YOUR DOCTOR. It is painless to have it checked out, they usually use an ultrasound machine (which is non-invasive).
