you could have relaxed yourself enjough to ejaculate

It's not much to worry about. If you were happy, then it shouldn't be an issue. There's something called, "pre-c u m" and is perfectly normal. BUT, since I am answering a question and giving advice, you should probably have it checked. Awhile back I heard in a sex ed class that if you have random orgasms, it could be an STD...but then again, STD is sexually transmitted disease...and I don't think you had sex...so it's most likely just pre-c u m. Nothing to worry about.
