theoretically there is no classes for PE, but only severety of PE. But first read official definition.
"PE occurs when a man orgasms during intercoursse sooner than he or his partner wishes"-- medline
note that if your partner last for 1minutes & you last 2 minutes than no way can you be classified as PE. but if your partner last for 4 hrs & you last for 3 & half hours than you should learn techniques to satisfy her.
2)it's just a myth masturbation leads to PE, in fact it's prescribed that if one is single than he do some techniques
to last long.
3) & yes average time for women is 10-20 minutes but you've to see about your girl.
