Answers: I don't know what to do I'm scared

it's called puberty, when you reach it you start to grow hair from your armpits and other areas too. Your voice will change and you'll need to start using deoderent too.

What the hell boy? Are you a werewolf or something?

You best go and see a doctor quick cos that is some messed up stuff!

its called puberty

its called puberty

This is normal. It's called puberty. Maybe you should talk to an adult about this. All girls and guys grow hair when they are at the start of puberty. You will even grow hair "down" there so don't be scared, it's normal.

your growing up hun, nothing more, next thing you know, it will be down there too and on your face, nothing to worry about and time to start using deodorant:) as hair means hormones and hormones means body oder:)

OMG
that is scary.
your a werewolf hahahaha
that is not normal for anybody
please please go see a doctor before before...before.... YOU HIT PUBERTY AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH

The function of hair on sensitive parts of the body, such as arm pits, is to reduce friction. As damp folds of skin rub against each other, there may be a tendency to "stick" or rub in a way that would cause a skin irritation in that area. The presence of round hairs is a whole lot like if you had several pencils lined up on a desk. Place your hand over the pencils, as you try to rub the desk...they roll. And, so do the hairs in your armpit.

Under your arm...you mean your armpit? Now that I check, I have hair under my arms. Nothing "scary"...unless you would consider it scary for a 15 year old to have a mustache, beard, sideburns, some chest hair, and a lot of stomach hair...yes, I was describing myself. It's in my genes. My uncle woke up one time and looked at his arm and was like, "Ahhh! Gorilla!" Seriously, that really happened. It's like a forest on his arm...

How old are you and are you serious? Puberty kid, puberty. Haven't you seen people with that kind of hair before? And are you even old enough to be on yahoo answers? I dont mean to offend you or anything. Sorry if I did. But anyways...just let it grow. youre normal.
