Man, just release that if they really work, then all guys would have big ones and the product would be extremely expensive. So expensive that only the elite or rich people could afford it.
Remember that no one knows the long term side effects of these drugs. What if it made it really big and ten ten years later it just didn't get hard anymore. Would that be worth it? Yeah you would have a nice long d ick that doesn't work. Kind of like selling your hair to by a comb.

i know dudes that have tried them. worthless. a lot of them just make it swell and itch just like a bee sting. not what ur lookin for, right? waste of money. work with what u got man. most dudes that claim they've got 8-14 inches are just liars anyway. or, they have funky rulers that double. lol. ur fine, go practice.
