    • Yes, this is possible. However, the sperm contained in the ejaculate is probably not viable due to the internal heat of your body. The reason the testicles descend is to lower their temperature. At your age, this is not a problem. However, if it continues, and if it concerns you, I would recommend that you talk to your family doctor to make certain there are no real problems. Good luck, and don't worry.
