I got in a fight and..?!
Question: i'm wondering if it was my fault or not. here's the story.
yesterday at P.E. i had a fight with a japanese guy. he started teabagging me. (def of teabag: pointing your stuff at someones head) and he was humping me at the same time. i call that harrassing. anyways i kicked him in the nuts. i guess i kicked him hard enough that it hurts. after that we started pushing each other, then the teacher came. today the school security guard came and had a talk with me that i can get kicked from school perm, get sued, and go to jail. i'm really scared that might actually happen to me. do you guys think they'll really do that?

#1) Teabaggin' is someone dippin' their junk on somebody's face when they're on their back, not pointin' it at them.
#2) That was sexual harassment on his part, and as long as you don't have a history as a trouble maker and other people saw it, you should be alright if you make it a point that he was sexually harassin' you, provided you told him to stop.
#3) It doesn't take much of a blow to the nuts to cause pain, but if the two of you got into a shovin' match after you got him there (provided you did hit his jewels, you didn't kick him hard enough, in my honest opinion.
#4) If you have to go before the principal or whoever, make sure you make it clear that he was sexually harassin' you, describin' in detail exactly what he was doin'.
#5) If somethin' like this happens again, do whatever you need to do to get away before you resort to physical violence, and be aware that often times, the one who comes out of a scrap in the best shape is gonna be looked at as the instigator, even if that's not true.
Do you have witnesses? That is sexual harrassment. I woulda kicked his *** too.
no man. its self defense. the worst thatll happen is that you might get suspended. if it really comes to anything. go outside with him and he wont do it again.

Well, that's hella gay. That's not even a fight. Try beating someone with a baseball bat, and then come talk to me about fights. Real talk, if they kick you out of school, it's not right. You can't get sued because the dude put his nuts in your face, if anything, you can sue him. You won't go to jail for kicking someone in the nuts.
I would've waiting for class to be over and back in the locker room I would've done what I wanted to him. The security tell him squat down on this and give him the finger.

Remember that this is an opinion and I'm female. If this happened to a girl the guy would be sitting in jail for sexual assault. If a guy was 'humping on one of my daughters and she kicked him in the groin in self defense I would be irate if a school security guard came around threatening her. It sounds to me as though the school is trying to cover its collective backside by harassing you. You see, they didn't stop the other guy from messing with you, nor did they call the police on him for sexually assaulting you when he humped you or you would have stated it. Now they have to jump all over you and scare the daylights out of you so that you won't call the police and get the school in trouble. You need to talk to a lawyer. You may even have a law suit in the making if you have witnesses to original 'teabagging' incident and if you have anyone with you when the security guard 'talked' with even better. Do not talk to anyone other than your parents or lawyer. Do not talk to any school officials without representation.
security guard is just trying to scare you. he wants you be a good quiet punk, so you guys wont fight again. as long as you didnt trouble the the boy to lead to a fight your fine. if he tries that **** on you again. you beat his *** up. dont be afraid of what security says hes just trying to scare u, so u wont fight. do you really think you would get into to all that trouble when your only trying to defend yourself. remember if that kid tries some **** on u again, let him know ur not having that. remember though, dont start a fight. just defend yourself if you have to. if hes to much for you to deal with, tell your parents. they can help you.

the security gaurd was probably just trying to scare you out of doing it again but if it does bacome serious then you have the strongest case in my opinion
plus tell your parents all the details now so it is not like you are making it up

NO. If the school continues to tell you could be sued and don't stop this dude from doing these weird things to you. Let the school know that you have lawyers that would like to ask your teachewrs and principle how they let this happen at their school.
fight it, and if they dont see why you started a fight, then start humping them and see if they like it.
