okay I am not a guy but I am a girl and I just had sex recently for the first time. I broke my hymen and it took a few times to fully break. Also it hurt so sooo bad, but I never did really bleed. I got a bit of blood in my discharge the next day, but nothing really noticeable. Mostly it was just lots of pain :-/
