Drinking more water will help clear out your liver and get rid of the bad stuff in it. Water will help the rest of your system too. You sound like you drink too much sugary carbonated soda pop drinks.

It is because you aren't drinking a lot of water. Drinking more water will make it see-through. You don't have to worry about it too much, though.
You need to drink more - if you drink more water in the day your urine will still be a tinge yellow but it will be more clear and water looking
If it is really bright yellow it might be from taking a multivitamin - particularly one with vitamin B in it.

It is yellow beacause of the Urochrome in your blood stream, it is the product of red blood cells breaking down, that is what the main cause of the yellow colour is.
The more water you drink the more diluted this colour and therefore less and less yellow, ideally you should drink enough water a day to give you a light yellow to a clear colour.
Drink more water... it will clear up.
Unless you are taking vitamin B supplements... that stuff makes you piss fluro colours.
