Spasm Near Scrotum?!

Question: Kind of a strange question but here goes..
Im not sure what the muscle is called (if it is a muscle) just behind the scrotum, kinda hard to explain where. When I sneeze it happens like 90% of the time I sneeze, it spasms or cramps. Ive looked on google for reasons but cant find none. It hurts like a mother fcuker. Help?
