Puberty ends between 16 and 21. Give yourself time. Average adult length is 5.1 to 6.2 inches.
I think what you are asking is there any way to make it get bigger,No there is no way to make it bigger besides it is not how big it is but weather you know how to use it,
the quick answer is no....but if you are young it will keep growing...as well if you are over weight, it will appear smaller, you can try losing some weight...don't be to preoccupied about size, it isn't as important as most guys think...

Some girls like it big, some like it small. It doesn't really matter. I'm small and I get it on great with some, and others just don't worry about it. Even guys that are big get turned down for sex as much as small guys do. It's a personal preference; but medically and scientifically size doesn't really matter as long as you're 4" and above. So it's the way you use it that is the key to great sex.
Oliver..... If your concerned see your doctor. If he determines it necessary, he can prescribe testosterone which will help your penis and testicles grow larger.
