How do I increase my height. Please Help Me????!


Question: Everybody, please help me, I am a 19 years old boy and my height is just 5'6 Feet but I atleast want to be 6 Feet and the main problem with me is that I increased height at the age of 12 years but afterwards I didn't increase much but around 1-2 months ago I just increased around 2 inches. Please help me.

READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:


This I know from experience and I am the same age as you (which is 16) and 17 in a gew months. The most effective way to grow taller is to ignore all of these sign-up and register websites because ALL of them con you and just really wan't your money. Most of the comments on these websites are made by the website themselves. If you think that the website does have REAL persons comments, they only will have achieved height because of stretching excercises websites inform you about.

Trust me I was 5" on the dot and now, I'm 5" 7" believe it or not. You wan't to DESPRATELY know how I achieved this listen up because I know how it feels to be disrespected by others.

Keep in mind these techniques WILL work if you put great consistency and commitment into it believe me it works:

Drink milk at least 5 to 7 times a day. Yes I know it sounds odd but believe me it works. At first you may feel sick but regulate and time each interval you drink say every 2 hours.

Secondly be consistant about stratching. Many peopele say that stretching only gives you correct body posture and creates an illusion of increased height. THEY ARE WRONG. Believe me, me and my friend have done this and it works miracles. Buy a chinning bar or chin-up bar as people call it and hang from it for about at least 5 to 7 minutes a day or 7 minutes in the morning at 7 minutes at night. You don't have to do all 7 minutes at once every 1 minute or even 30 seconds take a little break for a minute then resume. At first its hard to stop slipping off with sweaty hands or to maintain grip but it gets easier. I recommend buying a bar with foam grips or buying gloves with. I have mine hanged in between my door in my room so I can do it any time!

Lastly always be stress-free and re;ax and try breathing exercices to help requlate blood flow. Yeah and by the way just like someone said before I think DO NOT try wieght listing or chinning up on a bar or gym. This may dramatically build muscle that will require energy for muscle repair which is needed for growth! And it will put tension on your growing bones. Remember you'll like nearly all boys will stop growing fully at the age of 21 or 22 and by then its hard. Also eat healthy or eat junk food as such which will put fat on but this additional high energy source helps with the stratching excercises no bull I always go out at lunchtimes and munch up fast foods LOL!!

So believe me try these methods and you WILL grow no matter how tall you already are. I wish you all the best bro and this goes out to anyone who wan'ts a little less piss-taking form others LOL. I know this has worked for me and my mate.

P.S Also note that when you do stretch at forst you may feel minor manageable pain but don't worry you'll get used to it eventually in a day or so and you may wanna feel the need to stetch and click joints a bit. You may notice that you appear and are getting skinnier. This happened to my mate. To not be skinny just eat more. Also have regualar timed sleep and this will work wonders. Try to drink a glass of milk at nigh too.

By the way i'n spreading this technique on yahoo LOL. And I forgot to mention before on the last persons question that this will take about 2 months of dedication to work trust!!

Even if you still grow you won't reach 6 foot.
And about the don't drink coffee, that's got nothing to do with it. I drink that at least every day and i'm at 5'10 which is alot taller than the average female. So obviously it's just genetics.

don't drink, don't smoke, don't drink coffee, and sleep A LOT!!!

the first three things WILL stunt your growth and it is a known fact that people grow more in their sleep.

however at 19 it is probably a little late for you to grow much more...

get leg surgery, cuz you're not going to grow anymore.

What is the deal with all these undereducated people asking about growing taller this week? Didn't ANY of you pay any attention at all in biology? Even a little? Height is determined by your genes. There is no pill, no drink, no powder, no magical wand you can wave over your head that will make you taller. You get what you get and that's all that you get.

I have a great solution. Walk around on stilts and wear baggy pants over them so ppl actually think you are that tall. Or you could attach rubber legs over your real ones to add the six inches you so desire. good luck.
