well seeing how he's already 14 I am 99.9% sure that he hit puberty already because most guys hit it at 12. His dick probobly isnt too big. the average size is between 5 and 6. you have to remember that most kids his age are going to brag about their penis size but he's just telling you that so he can be "cool". haha. he probobly has an average size dick like every other guy.
