Question: Well I was talking with a friend and came up with this random question.
I was wondering peoples opinion on these topic
On to the scenario
Lets say a guy is at school dance and getting grind on by a girl.
Would you question his sexuality or get some thoughts about the person if the person did not get an erection?
And the person had no type of penis disfunction or anything and their penis was lets say a average size

No, I wouldn't question his sexuality, nor would I care (why do YOU even care..?). Sexual arousal is a result of many factors, neural, vascular, physiological, etc. Not to mention, if he didn't think the female was attractive then there's another reason.
I'm sure most women wouldn't be sexually aroused if they got randomly "grinded" on by a man, same goes with some men the other way around.
Your phrasing of "talking with a friend" and "came up with a random question" makes me want to think that this was more than just a random question brought up while talking with a friend. =)
