i mean i can pull it back but i can only see the tip of the head,,,,

Generally the foreskin on a penis shoudl be retractable so the full glans/head can be exposed for cleaning, etc. However at birth the glans and foreskin are kind of glued together so it takes a few years of normal bathing and fiddling around to gradually break that bond.
And even then some foreskins are just plain stubborn about being retracted. Often that is due to the opening in the foreskin requiring some stretching in order to allow the head to emerge fully.
Stretch by sitting in a nice hot bath and getting erect. gently pull the skin to expose as much head as possible then go just a wee bit further. hold it then release. Repeat as many times as possible. You can alos do it out of water but the skin may not move quite as easily. Ideally you should try to do the stretch routine 3 or more times a day.
Your supposed to pull it all the way back so you can clean it properly, i can pull mine all the way back where i wasnt circumsized and havent had any problems, start slowly trying to peel it back while taking bath/shoers untill you can eventually do it all the way, if you dont it may cause complications later when your with a girl :)
Yes, you have to see the whole head. But do NOT pull it back if it hurts. If it slides back easily, then it's okay. But you should probably be able to pull it back easily by now. If it does hurt and you pull it back anyway, you'll tear sensitive glans and cause bleeding, and I doubt you'd want that.
But you have to pull it back all the way, not just the tip. Now I'm not saying the whole entire penis. Just the head.
Its called circumsion. We're going to do it for my little boy.
Sounds like its only about 5 inches so needs to grow more dude!
As you mature, it will pull its way back when it is erect. If you were circumsized, you have nothing to worry about. That is why some of us men get circumsized. It is cleaner and healthier!

my budy had the same thing and it was hurting him when fully erected.
I guess the skin was really stretched around the tip as the head filled up w/ blood
and dont take it the wrong way but I dont think girls (who have seen others) will find it too attractive.......that's what my budy Adrian said . Believe me ...I wouldn't know
Yea dude like the people above you should be able to pull the skin back behind the ridge of the head on your unit . if you cant then start workin on it in the bath/shower a little each time your in the shower with soap and wash it good it will eventually streach out and you should be able to pull it back it is going to be sensitve when you touch it that is normal
