The inside temperature of a racecar is normally over 120 degrees, and being inside there for around 4 hours at a time causes a lot of sweating, eliminating the need to pee. However, it's been reported that more than one driver has been known to pour water-or some other drink-all over himself before getting out of his car to cover up any other wetness on his drivers' suit.
